Hey guys, I tried taking pictures of my designs before on my webcam but they look really shoddy.

I've been designing the headpiece further and came up with this idea...

you'll have to try and visualise this until I can get hold of a decent camera....

So, the cocoon headpiece is made from Shimany and perhaps textile samples that Becki has done covering it (there very good!) then this 3D headpiece is split in the middle so it can swing open like some doors.....

when the headpiece is fully open outwards (try pretending to open some double doors at the top of your head, thats how I imagine it to work) inside the structure we will of sewn/pinned the beautiful butterfly material.


So when fully extended, the whole piece will look like a butterfly transformed!
